These Billing Terms and Conditions govern all payment transactions made through the Milvanna online store at milvanna.com. By placing an order with Milvanna, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Milvanna accepts the following payment methods via Shopify Payments:

Digital Wallets:

Buy Now, Pay Later:

  • Klarna – pay in 3 interest-free instalments or pay later
  • Clearpay – split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. Milvanna does not store your full card details on our servers.

2. Currency and Pricing

All prices on milvanna.com are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. The final amount charged will be the price shown at checkout. Milvanna reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.

3. Payment Processing

Payment is taken at the time of order placement. Your order will not be processed until payment has been successfully authorised. If your payment is declined, please check your card details or contact your bank.

All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology and processed through Shopify Payments, which complies with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).

4. Order Confirmation

Once your payment has been authorised, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address provided at checkout. This email constitutes acknowledgement that we have received your order — it does not confirm acceptance. Your order is accepted once it has been dispatched.

5. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined or fails to process, your order will not be placed. Please ensure your billing details are correct and that your card has sufficient funds. 6. Fraud Prevention

Milvanna reserves the right to cancel any order that is suspected to be fraudulent. In such cases, we will notify you by email and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. We cooperate fully with law enforcement in cases of suspected fraud.

7. VAT and Taxes

All prices displayed on milvanna.com are inclusive of UK VAT at the applicable rate. A VAT receipt is available upon request by contacting info@milvanna.com.

8. Refunds and Chargebacks

Refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund Policy. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 14 days. If you raise a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute it and provide evidence of the transaction.

9. Promotional Codes and Discounts

Promotional codes and discounts are subject to their own terms and conditions. Only one promotional code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated. Milvanna reserves the right to withdraw or amend promotions at any time without notice.
